Austin, TX · Personal training

Half reps
build half
results.

One-on-one personal training in Austin. The whole hour, your program, and a coach whose attention is on you and nobody else. Bring a friend and it costs you both less.

One-on-one 60-minute sessions Individual programming
Start Full FULL RANGE or it doesn't count
One-on-one

The whole hour. Just you.

No rotating between people, no waiting your turn, no program written for someone else's body. I watch every rep you do, and I change things the moment they need changing.

Training with a friend or partner? Two or more can share a session at a lower rate per person — everyone still runs their own program.

How it works

From first session
to first PR.

It starts with a conversation, not a credit card. We find out whether this is a fit before either of us commits to anything.

01

Free fitness consultation

We sit down, talk through your goals and history, and I screen how you move. No training session, no workout — a conversation and an assessment. You'll leave knowing exactly what your program would look like and what the guarantee covers, whether or not you sign up.

02

Your program, built

Programming based on how you actually move, not a template. It lands in your client portal with a demo video and a range-of-motion cue on every lift.

03

Train, check in, adjust

You train in your slot each week and log a Sunday check-in. I read every one and adjust the program before your next session.

Pricing

Simple, per session.

No membership, no monthly auto-draft. You buy sessions, and they get cheaper the more you commit to at once.

Group sessions are capped at four people and require a minimum of two — if your training partner drops out, the session moves to the one-on-one rate. Competition prep is quoted after a consultation. Training somewhere other than Austin? See online coaching.

Online coaching

Not in Austin? Still coached.

Everything I do on the floor, delivered remotely — your own program, a nutrition plan built around how you actually eat, and a face-to-face check-in with me every single week.

What's included

01

A program built for you

Written around your equipment, your schedule, and how your body actually moves. Every lift comes with a range-of-motion cue and a demo video in your client portal.

02

Weekly check-in on Google Meet

Face to face, every week. We go through your logs, your form video, what felt off, and what changes before the next block. This is the part most online coaching skips.

03

A nutrition plan you can hold

Built around what you already eat, not a meal plan you'll abandon in ten days. Adjusted as your training and your body change.

04

Me, between sessions

Direct message access when something comes up mid-week — a tweaked knee, a work trip, a lift that isn't clicking.

Three months, and I don't apologize for it. Twelve weeks is the shortest honest window to change how a body looks and moves — anything less and I'd be selling you a subscription instead of a result.

Who we are

The two of us.

We're both passionate about fitness, and we've spent our entire lives pursuing different styles of it. We're both bodybuilders — Joe on the NPC stage, Katie prepping for her first show. ROM exists so we can share that love and that knowledge with you.

Joe Noone

@joeynoone88

I compete as a bodybuilder, and I coach the way I train: biomechanics first, full range of motion, every rep earned. Nothing I put in your program is something I haven't run myself.

Most people aren't undertrained — they're training half of every rep and wondering why the results are half too. That's the whole idea behind the name.

Co-founder & owner

Katie Massey

Twelve years of lifting, and the same conviction Joe has: how you move matters as much as how much you lift. I program around biomechanics and end-range loading, and I pair it with nutrition guidance people can actually keep — science-backed, sustainable, no quick fixes.

I've coached men and women from 18 to 84, and good training principles hold up at every one of those ages. I'm prepping for my first bodybuilding show now, six months into Austin and loving it — and putting everything I've learned into helping people build strength, confidence, and a body that moves the way it's meant to.

What you're paying for

A coach on the floor with three other people, not twelve. Programming written for your body. And someone who reads your check-in on Sunday night and changes something because of it. Clients just call him Coach Joe.

Questions

Before you book.

I've never lifted before. Am I going to be out of my depth?

No. Everyone in the room is running their own program, so there's no keeping up with anyone. Beginners are the easiest people to coach — there's nothing to un-teach.

What's the difference between group training and a group class?

A group class gives everyone the same workout. In our group training, each person has programming written for them; you just happen to train at the same hour. Four people is the largest room where that's still possible.

Can I bring a friend or my partner?

Yes — and it works well. Book adjacent slots in the same session and you still each get your own program.

What if I have an old injury?

Tell me in the first session. Working around a cranky shoulder or a bad hip is a programming problem, not a reason to sit out. If something needs a physician or PT first, I'll say so.

How long am I committing to?

For in-person training, nothing longer than the sessions you buy — start with a single one if you want. Online coaching is a three-month commitment, because twelve weeks is the shortest honest window to change how a body looks and moves. Either way there's a guarantee on my end, and we'll go over it in your consultation.

What are the session times?

Two to three sessions a day, morning and evening. Send your availability when you book and I'll tell you which slots are open.

Open seats

Start with a conversation.

A conversation, a movement screen, and an honest assessment — no charge, no obligation. If I'm not the right coach for what you're after, I'll tell you and point you somewhere better.
